About Richard Rackleff:
Richard Rackleff is an experienced investigator as a Special Agent with the FBI for more than 27 years. He served as Technical Specialist and Forensic Polygraph Examiner before forming the Federal Polygraph Associates in 1990. Mr. Rackleff has conducted extensive credibility testing for state and federal court systems, prominent criminal defense attorneys, public defenders, corporate security and internal affairs units for over 25 years.
Mr. Rackleff was appointed to the Georgia State Polygraph Board by the Honorable Zell Miller. He served as the Regional Director of the American Association of Police Polygraphists; State Coordinator and Chairman of the Case Review Committee for the American Polygraph Association; and is a Fellow, Diplomate and Life Member of the American Board of Forensic Examiners. He has been a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and presently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Elders at the Mount Carmel Christian Church, Stone Mountain, Georgia.
About Sandra Rackleff:
Ms. Sandra Rackleff is also a retired federal investigator with over 27 years experience. After serving as Supervisor, Probation, D.C. Superior Court; Special Agent, FBI, Relief Supervisor, Drug Squad; she joined the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Labor Racketeering, assigned to the Organized Crime Strike Force, U.S. Attorneys Office. She also served as Deputy Regional Inspector General before joining the Federal Polygraph Associates in 2000. She currently serves as a volunteer Chairman, responsible for oversight for placement of foster children with the Hall County Juvenile Courts. Ms. Rackleff has a wide range of experience in all types of criminal investigations, including allegations of child molestation.

Federal Polygraph Associates has extensive experience in high profile matters of national and international significance, under extreme scrutiny by the media. In 1983, a serial child killer in the Atlanta area was identified through the forensic testing conducted by Mr. Rackleff to be Wayne Bertram Williams. In 1990, U. S. District Judge Charles Vance was killed at his home in Birmingham by a mail bomb and Walter Leroy Moody was identified and indicted on a total of four mail bombs. Mr. Moody requested forensic testing, which was conducted by Mr. Rackleff. During the 1996 Olympics, a back pack bomb exploded in Olympic Park, which killed two persons and injured numerous law enforcement officers. The attorney representing Richard Jewell requested forensic polygraph testing by Mr. Rackleff, which reversed the naming and identification of Mr. Jewell as the Olympic Park Bomber. Mr. Rackleff also provided technical support in the Jon Benet Ramsey murder when her parents, John and Patsy Ramsey were afforded forensic testing. Mr. Rackleff has appeared on CNN and other television networks as an expert and consultant on many cases of public interest.
